Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of ReputationManage.com complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and platform policies. By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these obligations and agree to use the service in a lawful, ethical, and compliant manner.

ReputationManage.com does not own, operate, or control third-party platforms such as Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, or other review platforms. As a result, we cannot guarantee the permanence, visibility, or placement of any content on those platforms.
Independent Service Operation
All service delivery is performed through independent systems, processes, and fulfillment methods. ReputationManage.com does not claim ownership or control over third-party platforms where reviews may appear.
3. Review Integrity and Compliance
ReputationManage.com is committed to maintaining a lawful, ethical, and compliant service environment. All users agree to the following:

No Platform Guarantees
ReputationManage.com does not guarantee that any review, rating, or reputation improvement will remain permanently visible on third-party platforms. Third-party platforms maintain full authority over their own systems and content moderation policies.
4. Prohibited Conduct
By using ReputationManage.com, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies
• Misusing the Platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes

Credits and Service Adjustments
If a service cannot be completed as intended, ReputationManage.com may, at its sole discretion, issue a service credit or replacement service.
No Guarantee of Permanent Placement
ReputationManage.com provides fulfillment services but does not guarantee the permanent visibility, retention, or placement of reviews or reputation indicators on third-party platforms. Refunds will not be issued solely due to third-party platform actions outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReputationManage.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms
• Loss of business, revenue, reputation, or goodwill
• Removal, filtering, or visibility changes of reviews or reputation indicators
• Service interruptions, delays, or fulfillment limitations
Use of ReputationManage.com is at your own risk.
ReputationManage.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination:
• Access to services may be immediately revoked
• Any active or pending services may be canceled
• Refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy
You may also discontinue use of ReputationManage.com at any time by ceasing access to the Platform.
